Wenn es darum geht, unterschiedlichste Materialien höchst präzise zuzuschneiden, brauchen Sie einen Partner, der es ganz genau nimmt – und zwar nicht erst seit gestern.
Bereits seit 1863 im Familienbesitz, fertigen wir heute je nach Schneidemethode auf bis zu drei hundertstel Millimeter genaue Zuschnitte von fast allen Materialen bis 150 mm Stärke. Dazu gehören Carbon, Fliesen, Stahl, Granit, Glas, Messing, Kupfer, Glasfaser, Kunststoffe, Stein und Keramik oder auch hitzeempfindliche Legierungen. Im Wasserstrahlschneiden fertigen wir bis auf ein Zehntel Millimeter genaue Zuschnitte - und das ohne Winkelfehler!
Die Methoden unserer Wahl sind das Wasserstrahl-Schneiden Flow dynamic Waterjet mit 6000 bar sowie unsere hochmoderne Präzisionslaser-Maschine von Stiefelmayer.
