Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Jinchang, Gansu Province, was established in 1959. It is a state-controlled conglomerate under the People's Government of Gansu Province, specializing in mining, mineral processing, smelting, chemical production, and advanced processing. The Group primarily produces nickel, copper, cobalt, gold, silver, platinum group metals, advanced non-ferrous materials, and chemical products. These products are widely applied across modern industries and sectors of the national economy, including construction, machinery, petrochemicals, new energy, battery manufacturing, and biomedicine.

TYF Machinery has pioneered a reinforcing mesh welding machine, which boasts longitudinal reinforcement spacing stepless-adjustment, resolving the construction industry's longstanding reliance on manual rebar tying. This innovation can produce 400+ daily variants of composite slab and wall panel meshes, eliminating the need for over 40 workers engaged in rebar detailing, processing, tying, and inspection. It was honored with the "Customer-Favorite New Equipment Award" at the 2023 China Concrete Exhibition's New Tech/Product/Equipment Promotion Conference.
Through expert evaluation organized by Hubei Technology Exchange, its core technologies were certified as "internationally leading". TYF Machinery co-authored the milestone industry textbook "Intelligent Processing Technology for Reinforced Steel Products" with the Architectural Society of China, CSCEC Science & Technology, and Hebei University of Technology. This prefabricated construction training manual serves as essential reference for equipment selection by technical and managerial professionals.
TYF Machinery established a Digital Twin Smart Manufacturing Center with Hebei University of Technology, developing an AI-powered cloud platform that automatically: Converts CAD drawings into machine-executable processing instructions; Transforms design data into material codes for MES integration. This feature eliminates massive manual data entry. The platform won the Grand Prize at the 2nd "New Infrastructure Cup" China Intelligent Construction & BIM Application Competition.
TYF's CNC rebar processing equipment has been included in the Third Batch of Key Products, Equipment, and Technical Services Recommended for the Belt and Road Initiative.

Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (XTC) is a public listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Its predecessor, Xiamen Alumina Plant, was founded in 1958. In 1982, Xiamen Alumina Plant started tungsten business, and two years later, the plant was renamed Xiamen Tungsten Products Plant. In December of 1997, Xiamen Tungsten Products Plant initiated a company reform by way of private offering of shares and changed its name to Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (XTC). In November of 2002, XTC became a listed corporation on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
