ToneCooling Europe OÜ is the European customer contact and project coordination company for ToneCooling’s liquid cooling and precision thermal management business.
We provide customised liquid cold plates and direct-to-chip cooling assemblies for artificial intelligence servers, high-performance computing systems, data centres, power electronics, energy storage systems and industrial equipment. Our main solutions include GB200 and GB300 liquid cooling kits, H100 and H200 GPU cold plate assemblies, CPU and GPU liquid cold plates, NVSwitch cooling assemblies, IGBT cold plates, battery cooling plates, coolant distribution manifolds, tubes and quick-disconnect coupling assemblies.
Products are engineered and manufactured through qualified ToneCooling production facilities in Huizhou, China. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, vacuum brazing, friction stir welding, helium leak testing, pressure testing, flow and pressure-drop testing, and thermal performance validation.
Custom development is available according to the customer’s drawings, heat load, coolant, flow rate, allowable pressure drop, working pressure, cold-plate interface, mounting requirements and operating temperature.
ToneCooling Europe OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia, supports European and international customers with technical coordination, quotation, prototype projects, order coordination and volume supply. Customers are welcome to send drawings and operating conditions for engineering review and quotation.
