The Company Plastbud Sp. z o.o. with Head Office in Pustków near Dębica started its activity in chemical industry already in 1996. Since the very beginning of our activity we have been specializing in manufacturing of pigment pastes and pigment concentrates that find application in manufacturing of different types of paints, plasters, varnishes and other products of construction chemistry, as well as in chemical, papermaking, plastics and typography industries.
We deal with typical B2B activity – our products are used by other companies in their various production activities. A retailer client does not have a direct contact with our products, although it has very often to do with them when using different other industrial products or the products of everyday use. We collaborate with the largest European and world suppliers of pigments, additives and chemical components as well as with the manufacturers of machinery and equipment intended for chemical production – successively, as our company have grown, we have developed our laboratory and production base, our products are manufactured using modern dosage equipment and mixers. We act and manufacture according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Currently, we employ 75 persons at manufacturing of pigment pastes and other chemical components.
Our business is based near the Town of Dębica, however, we sell our products all over the country and abroad. It is however worth to mention that our region is one among the largest and oldest traditional Polish centers of manufacturing of paints and varnishes – here are localized the three of a few largest factories of paints, varnishes and construction chemistry products in Poland. In the neighbourhood there are also some large chemical works dealing with the chemical synthesis of plastics and their processing, manufacturing of rubber, and on the area of Podkarpacie there are also numerous petrochemical companies. The Rzeszów University of Technology localized nearby has one of the oldest Faculties of Chemistry in Poland and there are also numerous high schools which together constitute a valuable scientific, technological background as well as the resource of qualified workers for the local chemical industry.
