Aris Makina & Otomotiv is the official Türkiye distributor of GEBHARDT Logistic Solutions GmbH (Cham, Germany). Our core line is Isotec: insulated transport containers that hold a cold chain without a refrigerated vehicle.
The idea is to cool the load instead of the vehicle. An Isotec TBX has polyurethane insulation, a glass-fibre reinforced inner tub, an all-round door seal and a four-point lock. The cold comes from pre-frozen eutectic plates, from dry ice or from a CO2 snow system. Nine sizes from 410 to 1500 litres, on castors for door-to-shop delivery or on a hot-dip galvanised pallet base for forklift and pallet truck, payload 500 kg and 700 kg. Inner dimensions follow the E1, E2 and E3 euro norm crates.
The containers are ATP and HACCP certified by DNV; every type passes the ATP type test in class IR. Inner walls and the inner door panel are approved for direct food contact.
Holding time is a calculation, not a headline. It depends on the goods, the fill level, pre-cooling and how often the door is opened. Send us the route, the product and the target temperature and we do the selection together with GEBHARDT, which runs the thermal analysis free of charge.
