Founded in September 2005 and officially put into production in June 2006, FERROFOSS Machinery & Foundry Co., Ltd. is a professional metal component manufacturer integrating casting, machining and international trade.
To adapt to the volatile domestic and international markets and expand business layout while improving market response efficiency, the company established Hangzhou Kaize Technology Co., Ltd. in 2018 as a dedicated window for goods and technology import and export. Leveraging Hangzhou’s geographical advantages and foreign‑trade resources, Hangzhou Kaize Technology Co., Ltd. has built a comprehensive import‑and‑export service system. It not only provides efficient channels for the overseas export of the company’s core products and effectively smoothes international market circulation, but also actively introduces advanced foreign production technologies, equipment and management experience to strongly support the parent company’s technical upgrading and product iteration. Meanwhile, it serves as a bridge for domestic customers to access high‑quality overseas resources, further enhancing the company’s competitiveness and influence in both domestic and global markets.
With business expansion, the company carried out comprehensive technical transformation and upgrading of existing production workshops and facilities from early 2020 to the end of 2022, with a total equipment investment exceeding RMB 55 million. At present, the company is equipped with a furan resin sand production line adopting advanced domestic and international technologies, a rapid mechanical component manufacturing center based on 3D‑printing forming technology, as well as a custom metal artware production center. In terms of casting technology, we master three sand‑casting processes: furan sand, shell‑mold sand and green sand, with an annual casting capacity of 6,000 tons. According to customer drawings, we produce a full range of products in various sizes, including ductile iron, gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, cast steel, non‑ferrous castings and stainless steel castings. Parts can be delivered after rough and precision machining in compliance with customers’ accuracy requirements.
Our main product portfolio covers marine generator bearing housings, bearing supports, various pump housings, motor bases, railway shock‑absorber castings (applied in Metro Line 18 of Shanghai and Metro Line 3 of Beijing), tractor components, municipal castings and custom artware. Over 80% of our products are exported to Japan, Europe and America. For quality management, the company obtained ISO 9001 international quality certification in June 2010 and ISO 14001 environmental management certification in 2023. With 20‑year development, we have built an experienced professional technical team, equipped with a complete set of testing instruments including direct‑reading spectrometers, tensile testing machines and coordinate measuring machines, to deliver reliable quality assurance for customers.
