Die Hia GmbH wurde im Jahr 2003 von Norbert Hamm gegründet und ist als Meisterbetrieb mit spezialisiertem Fachpersonal in den Bereichen Aluminium-, Stahl- und Metallbau tätig. Die HIA Geschäftsführer sind davon überzeugt, dass ein Produkt immer nur so gut ist, wie es die verwendete Technik sowie das Mitarbeiter Knowhow zulassen. Dementsprechend ist die Werkshalle mit modernsten Maschinen und Fräsen ausgestattet, die der Bearbeitung der Werkstoffe Passgenauigkeit bis zum letzten Schliff verleihen.
