元茂橡胶制品（深圳）有限公司，地处广东省深圳市坪山区龙田街道，总投资人民币贰千万，占地面积八千平方米，员工二百多人。 公司自一九九八年十月成立以来，坚持“以人为本，以客为尊，以市场需求为导向”的经营理念，逐年成长，且在橡胶制品行业也得到同业的肯定和赞许。凭着“质量就是客户，超越就是力量”的质量政策，博得海内外广大客户的信赖与支持，已发展成且有相当规模的橡胶制品专业制造厂。 公司主要从事橡胶零件的设计、开发、制造及模具开发，以生产密封胶圈、O型圈及杂件为主，产品主要用于油路、汽路、水路密封和缓冲作用等，可根据客户来样来图自行设计和制造，也根据AS568、DIN3771、JIS B2401、GB 245201、ISO3601等标准生产，公司拥有无尘生产车间530平方米，专业生产食品级产品。 公司拥有数控开模机（CNC）、真空油压橡胶成型机（300T、500T、600T）、密炼机、开炼机、切料机、DOSS全检机等生产设备；拥有德国产IRHD硬度计、老化试验箱、美国雷克斯TYPE“M”硬度计、意大利产UTP产品尺寸自动检测仪等检测设备；拥有各种标准 O-RING、WASHER、杂件等模具6000多套。并于2003年10月首次通过ISO/TS16949 2002版国际认证。 展望二十一世纪，籍世界制造加工中心转移到中国大陆之机，公司将在拥有一流设备和一流人才的基础上，制造一流产品，来满足客户的需要。公司不断地超越自我、完善自我、超越同行，争取在二十一世纪五十年代成为橡胶制品行业的龙头之一。
