During this time we not only experienced innovations and revolutions – we were significantly involved in industrial turning points! Carl Gottfried Haubold, who is considered the founder of mechanical engineering in Chemnitz, established CG Haubold jr. the foundation for lasting success.
To this day, ERMAFA is primarily characterized by highly qualified development work and international references.
It has always been our aim to continuously improve the industry and its processes. To this end, we research together with strong partners to develop innovations and establish them in the world.

Recycling has become particularly important to us over the years.
We are constantly researching methods to use existing resources efficiently, to recycle waste products and thus to promote a sustainable circular economy.

Under the brand name SKETmatik, Ematik GmbH develops custom tailored Single-screw extruder.
All extruders, leaving the production, are tailored to the needs of our customers. The single-screw extruder have a screw diameter in the range of 16 to 160 mm and are designed for:
• Mass Plastics (PE, PP, PVC ...)
• Technical Plastics (PMMA, PA6, PA66, POM, PC, TPE, TPU ...)
• High-Performance Plastics (PEEK, fluoropolymers, PPC ...)
• SiliconeThe SKETmatik single-screw extruder are used for:• Pipe and Profile Extrusion• Blow Molding• Cable sheathing• Film Extrusion• Medical CatheterIn addition, many other special extruders are developed, for example a rotor-stator mixing systems. The special knowledge of extruder technology is used in the development of special machines according to customer requirements. Some examples are:
• extrusion line for the production of spiral tubes, like breathing tubes
• extrusion line for the production of antibacterial silicone tubes for medical catheters
• system to cover a film with hot glue
• extrusion line for chemical foaming of geothermal pipes
• extrusion line for micro-extrusion of thin-walled and multi-lumen tubes, ...

We are one of the earliest companies in China specializing in the production of printing machinery, packaging machinery, plastic machinery and paper converting machinery, and have held an import and export license since 2004.In order to provide buyers with the best machines and to ensure that our machines are of reliable quality, our factories employ skilled engineers, use advanced technological equipment, and carefully select raw materials and components.In order to provide a full range of services, we set up a service office and showroom in DRAGON-MART, Dubai in 2006 to provide technical services for customers in the Middle East and Africa. At the same time, we have set up technical support offices in Mexico, Egypt, Singapore, etc. Our services have been satisfied by our customers and we enjoy a good reputation in both domestic and international markets.
