Segment 2: Solenoid Coils for Various Solenoid Valves
Leveraging its solenoid valve R&D and production expertise, the company has accumulated extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of solenoid coils. As the core functional component of a solenoid valve, the solenoid coil is fully self-controlled throughout the entire process—from material selection, winding, encapsulation, to insulation protection—ensuring the overall operational stability of the solenoid valve and meeting customer requirements for product service life. The company has participated in the development and production of coils for automotive ESP (Electronic Stability Program) braking systems and has partnered with Great Wall Motors (China) to develop solenoid valve coils for hydrogen cylinder valves in hydrogen fuel systems.
Segment 3: CNC Precision Metal Turning
Equipped with imported CNC machine tools, the company performs precision machining on various materials including iron, copper, aluminum, POM, and PEEK. The facility is also outfitted with advanced inspection equipment, including Tokyo Precision coordinate measuring machines (CMM), profile projectors, Keyence measurement systems, and Mitutoyo instruments, providing assurance for delivering high-quality products to customers.
Production Capacity & R&D:
As the business continues to expand, the company now has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million solenoid valve sets, equipped with 4 solenoid valve assembly and testing production lines ensuring a 100% testing rate, over 10 fully automatic solenoid coil winding machines, more than 20 advanced CNC machine tools, and a variety of testing equipment for solenoid valve environmental temperature and service life R&D requirements.
