LINE TECH AG was founded in 1993 as a management buyout from FAG (Switzerland). The success story of LINE TECH began with four employees. In the same year, the company moved to Industriestrasse 47 in Glattbrugg.
Thanks to the continuous expansion of our business, we were also able to enter into a sales partnership with NSK some three years later. In 2001, the trading program was completed with cpc (Chieftek) products, which today are an important pillar in LINE TECH’s business portfolio.
Besides the trade expansion, our own products continued to develop strongly. At that time, only the program positioning units were taken over by FAG. Today, customers can choose from three different product groups of different sizes and different drive variants.
Gradually, the premises at Industriestrasse became too small. In mid-2003, we moved into new premises with modern infrastructure at Europastrasse 19 in Glattbrugg.

As a manufacturer of continuous cast iron, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products and provide materials based upon the new European standard "EN 16482 - Cast Iron - Continuous Casting". ACO Eurobar®quality continuous-cast products are available in all standard profiles and dimensions and in a wide range of materials. We deliver our continuous cast iron not only as-cast, but also as pre-machined semis or as a completely finished machined part. Our primary goal as a supplier of continuous casting is to offer our customers high quality concast iron products at an acceptable cost. A continuous replenishment of our bar stocks in combination with sophisticated logistics guarantees a high level of availability with short leadtimes.
As a full-service supplier ACO Eurobar takes over a lot of preparatory work for their customers and offers a complete machining service to them. We have a full range of machining operations at our disposal, sawing to length, turning, drilling, boring,milling and peeling. State-of-the-art equipment including fully automated milling machines, CNC lathes, and robot-assisted manufacturing cells permits us to realise tailored solutions to any tolerances which our customers may specify.
ACO Eurobar has already realised sophisticated solutions for, for example, the glass mould industry, compressor manufacture, mechanical and machine-tool engineering as well as other sectors.
Based upon know-how and competence, ACO Eurobar has become the largest producer of continuous cast iron in Germany and one of the key players in Europe. ACO Eurobar GmbH is a subsidiary of ACO Guss GmbH, which is a specialist in iron casting and one of the leading foundries in Europe.

Since its creation in 1999, FLI has quickly established itself as a player specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of linear guide components. In 2001, the company expanded its skills by opening its own machining workshop, marking an important step towards the integration of its own technical solutions.
In 2005, FLI took a new step by launching its own range of specialized products,
including ball bearings and linear tables. This development continued with the internationalization of the company thanks to the creation of a dedicated export department. The year 2008 was marked by the move to our new factory located in Janneyrias, equipped with modern infrastructure adapted to the growth of the company. Six years later, in 2014, the modernization of the machine fleet allowed FLI to further improve its production capacities.
