LFD Wälzlager GmbH supplies both high-quality products and services in the field of rolling bearings.
For more than 30 years we have been specialized in providing solutions to enterprises from most different product fields and in manufacturing high-quality bearings in China.
Our rolling bearing products are technically optimized to meet the requirements on every operation conditions. We guarantee the most effective use of our products for customers.
Since 2002 we have performed our own manufacturing in Ningbo Cixi in China. Our two factories for manufacturing rolling bearings are there to meet your wishes in terms of both standard and specialized types.
Our office in Shanghai connects China with our headquarters in Dortmund, where the co-ordinations among our production bases are achieved in terms of inspection and delivery. Before delivery all the products are inspected to comply with DIN or even meet the special requirements as you wish.
Further quality inspections are performed in our lab in Dortmund, which are confirmed by customers, where our experienced engineers develop the measuring procedures and trial production report as well as delivery documentation.
Being close to you is important for us. The distribution in Germany is handled by the headquarters in Dortmund for the western German states and by LFD Kugellager GmbH in Leipzig for the eastern German states. The distribution in Europe is managed by our subsidiaries LFD Cuscinetti srl in Italy and LFD Rodamientos de Precisión S.L. in Spain, as well as by further representatives in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Netherlands and France. All of our overseas distribution is under the advice of Dortmund or Shanghai.
Our 5000 s.q.m. warehouse in Dortmund guarantees just-in-time delivery for European customers. Additionally, our most modern production plan and control ( for instance the Kanban system) support the performance.
Deliveries for all our overseas customers are ensured with our 4000 s.q.m. warehouse in China. The container delivery to Europe is upon request.
