Seit über 60 Jahren fertigen wir in Köln Prägewerkzeuge, Schilder, Stempel und Pokale. Mit traditioneller und modernster Technologie ist es uns möglich nahezu jede Form mit Gravuren zu versehen und somit Produkten vom Einzelstück bis hin zur Großserie ein einzigartiges Aussehen zu verleihen. In all den Jahren wahrten wir viele traditionelle Techniken welche bis heute Einsatz finden. Wir tragen aber auch täglich der technischen Entwicklung Rechnung und binden modernste Fertigungsverfahren stets in unsere Prozesse ein. So erweitern wir unseren Maschinenpark stetig und ersetzen oder modernisieren alte Anlagen Daher ist es uns möglich die gesamte Palette von traditioneller bis hin modernster Graviertechnik anbieten zu können. Schilder, Stempel, Prägewerkzeuge , Lasergravuren und Handgravuren fertigen wir an unserem Standort in Köln. Zur Zeit arbeiten wir mit 7 modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen, 3 Co2 und Nd-Yag Laseranlagen, sowie vielen manuellen Fräs-, Dreh- und Pantogaphenmachinen, welche eine Bearbeitung bis zu einer Größe von 6000 x 1600 mm ermöglichen.
