Machining Parts: Comprehensive range of machinery including CNC Turning Centers, CNC Grinding Machines, and CNC Milling Machines for high-precision components & with super finishing processes available.
Sheet Metal Parts: Hydraulic and power press lines with capacities up to 250 tons, offering complete in-house manufacturing and finishing services.
Wire Forms, Retaining Rings, Clips, Spring Steel Parts: Produced with standard quality materials, undergoing proper heat treatment and testing for fitment.
Pre-Vacuum Gas Carburizing Furnace, fully automated sealed quenching furnaces, guarantees safety, efficiency, and high-quality results for Thru hardening, Carbonitriding and carburizing applications. We provide superior output, coupled with precise heat treatment and thorough testing using Micro Scopes for Checking Structure, Micro Vicker Hardness Tester & When required used Magnetic Particles Inspection (MPI) for our customers.
Surface Coatings:  The corrosion and wear resistance of parts is improved by Automatic electroplating techniques like Nickel Chrome plating, Zinc plating & Hard Chrome Plating. We also offer Zinc phosphating, Manganese Phosphating, Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating, Heat Resistant Painting and Decorative paints as well. The Quality is ensured by using Dry Film Testers & X-Ray Thickness Tester (Helmut Fischer)
