W.U。H.Fernholz两合公司是由Werner和Helmut Fernholz兄弟于1963年创建的。塑料制品的生产始于一台注塑机。后来又增加了热成型工艺。随着决定自己生产热成型产品的板材，第三个生产过程--挤出，逐渐建立起来。随后引入了直接印刷、标签和IML。
1972年，在Meinerzhagen的Ihne工业园区开设了第一个生产大厅。随后几年，生产和仓储区域不断扩大。
2002年，Werner兄弟和Helmut Fernholz兄弟的两个儿子Frank和Uwe Fernholz接管了公司的管理层。
2006年，在Meinerzhagen，原料筒仓系统和原料储存能力大大扩大。
2009年，Schkopau板材生产厂投产后，第二个效率更高的生产基地成立，拥有约20名员工和最现代化的聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯和多层板材挤出系统。
今天，我们的生产重点是为乳制品和食品工业的床单和杯子。我们不断分析新的材料和加工程序。
