Von Anfang an spezialisierte sich das Unternehmen konsequent und ausschließlich auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Trocknungstechnologien für das Material Holz. Heute ist Mühlböck auf diesem Gebiet international führend. Weltweit sind mehr als 13.000 Mühlböck-Anlagen in Betrieb.
Durch ständige Innovation und Weiterentwicklung verfügt Mühlböck in technischer Hinsicht über eine Alleinstellung am Markt. Zu den Markenzeichen zählen – neben höchster Produktqualität – energiesparende Systeme, mit denen sich der Energieverbrauch bei der Trocknung bis auf die Hälfte senken lässt.
Alle Engineering- und Fertigungsschritte erfolgen im Haus, von Forschung und Entwicklung über die Produktion sämtlicher Anlagenkomponenten bis zur Programmierung der Steuerungssoftware. Daher kann jede Mühlböck-Trocknungsanlage exakt an die spezifischen Kundenanforderungen angepasst werden.
