W.U。H.Fernholz两合公司是由Werner和Helmut Fernholz兄弟于1963年创建的。塑料制品的生产始于一台注塑机。后来又增加了热成型工艺。随着决定自己生产热成型产品的板材，第三个生产过程--挤出，逐渐建立起来。随后引入了直接印刷、标签和IML。

2002年，Werner兄弟和Helmut Fernholz兄弟的两个儿子Frank和Uwe Fernholz接管了公司的管理层。
