If you are looking for metals of high density, hardness and strength, you will find a solution to meet your needs with tungsten and molybdenum.
We specialise in the production and processing of tungsten and molybdenum. Both are heavy metals with unique properties. Tungsten is the pure metal with the highest melting point and the second-highest boiling point. High density, hardness and strength are its key characteristics.
Molybdenum is a high-strength, ductile metal with the highest melting point in its period group at 3422°C. We produce materials, semi-finished and finished goods through complex processes including mixing, admixing, electric sintering & reduction, deformation & annealing processes.

We are a continuously growing group of companies with four locations and more than 500 employees in Germany. Our family-owned company brings more than 50 years of experience to bear, gained in the supplier industry and as a partner to the technical trade. Seals, stamped parts, semifinished goods or special parts – billions of elastomer and plastic parts leave our production facilities every year and find their way into worldwide application in the different sectors.
With our Group-wide tool-making and mould-building capabilities, we are able to meet almost every requirement. Speed and flexibility are our guiding principles. Born in the 40s Tonelli S.p.A. is a dynamic company, extremely careful to keep up with new opportunities and innovations. It started as a carpentry shop and then it developed the activity into the wood trade. At the beginning of the 60s it started the production of Aston honeycomb core, a particular cardboard product used in the construction of doors, as well as in sandwich panels.
By the 70s and 80s the company made new investments in machines for panel manufacture and lamination. The business becomes an industrial reality which grew during the years till it become partner and supplier of top brands kitchens and furniture makers.
