不断引进各类先进检测和试验设备，如电子扫描显微镜SEM， FTIR傅里叶变换红外光谱仪，DMS综合参数测试设备，CA410色彩分析仪，X-射线检测系统，超声波扫描显微镜，高倍率立体显微镜，光学测试系统等各类测试设备。使用数字看板系统、ERP系统，产品追溯及FIFO系统管理，实现无纸化生产。
公司拥有三条国际先进水平的全自动STN－LCD生产线，可制作加工各类型黑白LCD，最小线距线宽0.008MM，
驱动路数高达240路，可生产12寸黑白产品;
LCM厂拥有大规模COG加工中心，多条全球先进的全自动COG、FOG邦定生产线，自动贴片机和全自动点胶机。
松下全自动COG邦定机可以完成X轴、Y轴同时邦定、AOI自动检测和自动点胶一站式生产。
产品尺寸覆盖1.33~18寸，COG月产能可达4KK以上，可生产各种类型(TN、STN、FSTN、VA、TFT、OLED）模组产品，给客户提供一流的开发设计服务和一站式智能显示方案。
TCM厂从盖板制作、镀膜加工、黄光sensor、OCA、OCR全贴合完整产业链，全方位满足客户的需求。
拥有精雕机，丝印机，强化炉，全自动清洗线，扫光机，镀膜机等各类设备，2D/2.5D/3D、AG/AR/AF生产制程能力，具备工控和车载触摸盖板的生产能力，月产能达1KK以上。
通过多年发展，CASIL形成了以香港和广东惠州为中心，辐射全球的市场格局。
