In 1991 HüWa was founded in Neuwied.
As both the founders had many years experience in sound protection and soundproofing, The company was able to quickly establish itself on the market. The continuously increase in turnover enabled the company both two years later and again in 1998 to relocate to premises with more space for expansion.
In 2003 the last move took place to the current location in Bendorf, offering more generous office space, production and storage areas. These changes in location were due to the continuous development in all areas of the business, from project planning and design to manufacture and assembly, all sectors requiring more space to operate.
Since 2014 the premises, buildings and land, have been in the ownership of the company itself. HüWa has its own engineering department with CAD work stations using modern 3D-technology, which allows for a smooth exchange of data with most current software.
Likewise in production, the personnel and machinery have continually been adapted to fulfill the ever-changing requirements of noise protection products. Skilled personnel work on modern sheet-metal and steel forming machines.
Today, HüWa has 25 employees with a Sales Office in Lam guaranteeing close customer support in the south of Germany, Austria and Slovakia.
All areas of the order processing being under one roof, HüWa distinguishes itself with its fast, flexible, customer-friendly and economic project coordination.
