Die KDM Kabel- und Drahtmaschinen GmbH wurde 1989 in Neustadt bei Coburg Herrn Dipl.-Ing. Herbert Pilz gegründet. Davor war Herr Pilz 20 Jahre in dem dort ansässigen Kabelwerk in leitender Position tätig. Ihm unterstanden die Konstruktion von Maschinen für die Kabelfertigung sowie die Projektierung von Kabelfabriken im In- und Ausland. Die damit verbundenen Probleme und Aufgabenstellungen wurden damals wie heute in kundenorientierte Projekten gelöst.

Unser Wissen basiert auf den umfassenden Erfahrungen von G. D. BRACKER Söhne Maschinenbau GmbH, einem Pionier auf dem Gebiet der Hydraulik, aus dem unser 1999 gegründetes Unternehmen entstanden ist.
