The Assfalg GmbH is a medium sized company in the federal state Baden-Württemberg, founded in 1932.
The owner-run family business is managed by Dipl-Wirt.-Ing. Ronald Assfalg, his wife Annette Assfalg and their son Christian Assfalg industrial metal master (4th generation).
Nationally and internationally, we support the whole metalworking industry.

in the deburring or edge bevelling sector.
Since 1975 Assfalg is working in the magnetic clamping and lifting technology. Throughout the years Assfalg could establish itself by patented and innovative products national and international as a manufacturer and as a distributor.
In the deburring or edge bevelling technology Assfalg offers one of the biggest product range of hand-guided, mobile and stationary machines. Therefore Assfalg is one the biggest provider in that area.

SENNEBOGEN was founded in 1952 to develop and produce machines for the agricultural industry. The company has now established itself as a full service provider and quality leader in crane technology and material handling.
As an international company, SENNEBOGEN develops and produces complete model ranges for duty cycle cranes, crawler cranes, telescopic and harbour cranes, material handlers, telehandlers as well as base carriers. In addition to flexible machines from series production, SENNEBOGEN also designs individual specialized machines in close collaboration with its clients

The customers benefitfrom Franz Schwopes’ 30 years of experience, not only in the form of perfectlysophisticated grippers, but also through economical manufacturing costs.
AGSoften dispenses with the cost-intensive planning of a gripper on the “drawingboard” and the company immediately proceeds to action instead.
Around theproblem presented by the customer, i.e. a component to be gripped, AGS buildsup the gripper and therefore finds the appropriate solution straight away withdirect reference to practice. Elaborate and often fruitless planning phases aretherefore omitted.
The previous premises of the Bergisch Gladbachcompany have already become too small in the shortness of time.
The first sodwill be cut for the new manufacturing and assembly areas in February. Over anarea of 1200 m² and subsequently also with a markedly larger number ofemployees,
AGS GmbH will then develop and market even more innovative solutionsfor grippers.
